The AK Phazer features a thicker shape, allowing for ample volume in a short and narrow board. Compared to its predecessor, this board is narrower and thicker to easily generate speed in the water, and the pointed and narrow nose aids in speed as well. The board also has a flat tail, making it easy to generate speed in the waves as they can effectively push the board. Additionally, the front has a large enough scoop to recover easily from touchdowns, and the narrow width, along with the pointed nose, reduces the likelihood of touching the water during carving on the waves.

Please note that all presale and special order items are final and cannot be canceled prior to their arrival. If you have any questions or are uncertain about your order, we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing it.
International orders (outside Canada)
Kite-wing-shop.com does not cover any fees related to import (incl. taxes, fees, etc.) for international deliveries
Returns
- Every return requires our pre-approval. Please inform us BEFORE you return any products.
- Based on its circumstance we decide if a refund or credit will be provided.
- SALE or special order items are strictly non-refundable. They might be eligible, if qualified, to be exchanged for a same-valued item or store credit.
- At any time your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will be assessed and can be returned to its sender at their own cost.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery shall be subject to a 30% restocking fee
Any item returned after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
