Description
The Prolimit Mercury split toe unisex boot with thermal rebound is one of our warmest boots. Inside the boot we’ve added zodiac 2.0 Lining to keep your feet warm under any condition. The boot has a x-grip sole for perfect grip on uneven surfaces.
The split toe allows you to have more balance and control. The seams are triple glued and blind stitched so they are extra strong and watertight. The neoprene of the boot is 5.5Mm thick.

Returns
Every return requires our pre-approval. Please inform us BEFORE you return any products.
Based on its circumstance we decide if a refund or credit will be provided.
SALE items are non-refundable but may be exchanged for a same-valued item or store credit.
At any time your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will be assessed and can be returned to its sender at their own cost.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery shall be subject to a 30% restocking fee
Any item returned after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
