The Prolimit Grommet boot is an all-around boot especially designed for kids. The velcro closure provides easy entry. The glued and blind-stitched seams keep the water from getting in and the 4.0Mm neoprene makes sure your child’s feet stay warm. The heels are reinforced for extra support.

Returns
Every return requires our pre-approval.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Based on its circumstance we decide if a refund or credit will be provided.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will be assessed and can be returned to its sender at their own cost.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery shall be subject to a 30% restocking fee
Any item returned after 60 days cannot be accepted

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
